After working closely with real estate agents across different stages of their careers, it became clear that while there’s no shortage of information, there’s often a lack of practical, real-time support. With over 18 years of experience in real estate, I’ve seen every side of the business - from building a successful career as an agent to leading and supporting others as a Broker and Manager.
